I contacted Kristen from out of state through a mutual acquaintance about a month before we planned on moving from several states away. She was very helpful and easy to talk to over the phone and even easier to get along with in person! We had about a day and a half to look at houses before having to fly back out of the area. The first day we met we almost had to start over a bit because all the houses in our desired location had gone into contract the night we flew in. We found our house on the 2nd day after looking at maybe 6-8 homes total. She put our offer in not long after and by the end of the day we were in contract! Kristen not only made the process go by smoothly, but she was also incredibly helpful in assessing the homes we looked at.
